About SLOANS
Since farmer Thomas M. Sloan accidentally hit an aquifer while building a well and created Sloan’s Lake in 1861, the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood has become one of Denver’s most thriving and sought-after areas.
Less than three miles from Downtown, one mile from Empower Field at Mile High and close to the popular Highlands and Edgewater neighborhoods, Lakehouse is convenient and walkable.
