SloHi Coffee + Bike

SloHi Coffee + Bike has everything you need for mornings on-the-go. As a half-coffee, half-bike shop concept, you can sip on a golden root turmeric latte while you get your two wheels tuned for the day’s adventure. All of their coffee is locally roasted in Denver and they also carry Bear Box Bakery Pastries, including some vegan and gluten-free options.
Sloan’s Lake Watersports
With summer finally here, getting out on the lake is a must. From now through November 1, explorers can rent paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and motorboats and see what lakefront living in Denver looks like from a new perspective. Boating permits are required and can be purchased at the Boat Ranger’s Office.
Tap & Burger Sloan’s Lake

Just two blocks away from Lakehouse, Tap & Burger Sloan’s Lake is a true Colorado-born business and is the perfect place to catch a midday game or enjoy lunch out on the spacious patio. With 20 flat-screen-televisions, 40-plus local beers on tap and great food, Tap & Burger offers a fun and inviting atmosphere for every occasion.

While you’re out exploring the sights and sounds of Sloan’s Lake, make sure to pop into Planted for a little design inspiration. Planted, an eco-friendly plant shop, has been rooted in Sloan’s Lake since 2016, and has transformed its small, four-walled shop into an experience hard to find anywhere else. With raw woodgrain interiors contrasted with leafy greens and plump succulents that bring life to the entire space, it’s nearly impossible to leave empty handed.
Sartos Social Italian Eatery
2900 W. 25th Avenue
A hidden gem located just over a mile from Lakehouse, Sartos Social Italian Eatery is the perfect date night dinner spot offering Northern Italian fare under the direction of Executive Chef Garret Meyer. Guests can indulge in the array of fresh pastas, innovative proteins, gnocchi tots or enchanting desserts from the menu or experience The Cicchetti Bar offering a small taste of Italy with $2.50 bites of traditional classics.
