NAVA Real Estate Development proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of Lakehouse in late May 2017. As one of few new condominium developments to break ground in recent years, Lakehouse is set to offer 196 condominium and rowhome residences uniquely situated right across the street from Sloan’s Lake. With homes ranging in size from 704 to 3,357 square feet, the community will feature generous amenities, upscale finishes and stunning views of the water, mountains and downtown Denver skyline.
The building was crafted by local architecture firm, RNL Design, in collaboration with Munoz + Albin out of Houston. Lakehouse is one of the first residential communities – and the first in Colorado – to pilot and pursue WELL Building Certification. The WELL Building Standard is the world’s only program to focus on human health within the built environment. From its waterfront location on Sloan’s Lake to its use of natural materials and enhanced air quality, Lakehouse will present Denver with a new way to live a healthier lifestyle.
“It’s no longer a plan. It’s no longer paper,” NAVA CEO Trevor Hines said during Wednesday’s groundbreaking. “Lakehouse is going to be a place that’s unlike anything else available in Denver today.”
