Come one, come all! The return of the Cherry Creek Arts Festival (CCAF) is right around the corner, and you don’t want to miss out. Stop by the interactive Lakehouse booth at 2nd Avenue and Detroit Street to chat with our Sales Team and be among the first to try out our brand new 360° Virtual Reality (VR) Experience.
Named among “The 10 Best Arts Festivals in Colorado This Summer” by Westworld, CCAF is one of the largest events in the country drawing more than 350,000 visitors over the course of the three-day event to celebrate the visual, culinary and performing arts. Returning for its 27th year, the festival gives the rare opportunity to talk with international juried-visual artists, sample fine cuisine from local vendors and enjoy live music and artist demonstrations. The CCAF provides access to art experiences and education year-round. Lakehouse is so pleased to sponsor this world-class event celebrating some of the region’s best artists.
Our booth at 2nd Avenue and Detroit Street will feature our scale building model, new renderings, giveaways and the unveiling of our 360° Virtual Reality tours. Using traditional VR glasses or an iPad, you can explore the opportunity to live well at Lakehouse through five engaging experiences:
• Get inside a one-bedroom, two-bedroom or rowhome residence with the ability to toggle between four different color palettes.
• Tour the Resident Lounge complete with a community kitchen, media lounge, private event space, fresh juicing station, indoor/outdoor fireplace and communal seating areas.
• View the future lobby with its active staircase and inviting seating areas.
• See the Fitness Lab overlooking Sloan’s Lake.
The VR tours are an excellent opportunity to explore Lakehouse up close before we complete construction late summer 2019.
