NAVA Real Estate Development (NAVA) announced today the grand opening of Whole Sol Blend Bar at Lakehouse on Saturday, October 31st. Aligning with Lakehouse’s holistic approach to wellness, the Colorado-based company is committed to providing pure, beautiful creations with fewer, simple ingredients. Whole Sol occupies approximately 1,500 square feet on the building’s southeast corner, giving Lakehouse residents and neighbors a healthy option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
“We are committed to partnering with businesses that share our passion for health and wellness, which is why Whole Sol is the perfect addition to our community,” said Brian Levitt, president and co-founder of NAVA Real Estate Development. “We’re eager for our residents and the neighborhood to embrace one of Colorado’s leading health-focused eateries, which can easily be enjoyed on their outdoor patio, adjacent Chapel Plaza or even Sloan’s Lake Park.”
Whole Sol Blend Bar at Lakehouse offers a variety of smoothie bōls, cold-pressed juices, power up shots, toasts and more, with plans to incorporate fresh organic vegetables and herbs from Lakehouse’s onsite urban farm. The opening marks the third location for Whole Sol, which is the only USDA certified organic juice bar in Denver and Boulder.

As part of Lakehouse’s ongoing commitment to health and wellness, the community will host a variety of events and educational opportunities with Whole Sol co-founder, Alexa Squillaro, who has a master’s degree in nutrition from Columbia University.
Earlier this year, Lakehouse became the first project in Colorado to earn Precertification under the WELL Building Standard™, a globally recognized program focused on promoting human health and wellness within the built environment. Lakehouse was awarded WELL Precertification at the Gold level for its work promoting residents’ health across the program’s seven key performance areas: air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
“We’re thrilled to be opening our flagship location in the Sloan’s Lake community this weekend,” said CEO and co-founder, Phil Dumontet. “With their commitment to sustainability and environmentally-friendly best practices, Lakehouse is the perfect location for our wellness-centric brand and we’re excited to establish Whole Sol as a neighborhood destination.”
Whole Sol was founded in 2018 by husband-wife team Phil Dumontet and Alexa Squillaro, who met while training for the New York City marathon and together created a forward-thinking concept that offered nutritious, easily-accessible meals for people seeking health and wellness. Dumontet and Squillaro also purchased a residence at Lakehouse and plan to move into the community this year.
Located only three miles from downtown Denver and one mile from Mile High Stadium, Lakehouse is part of the master-planned SLOANS neighborhood. Lakehouse currently has 4,600 SF of additional ground floor restaurant and retail space with outdoor seating available for lease.
