Lakehouse has produced 360-degree virtual reality tours of the lobby, fitness center, resident lounge and three different unit types, offering prospective buyers a first-hand look inside the property with the press of a button.
According to the Denver Post, “Forget two-dimensional renderings and floor plans. Just pick up a tablet or strap on a pair of virtual reality goggles and get a complete 3-D look around the condo that could be yours. Switch between floor plans and finishes and get a sense of what you’re getting down to the digital inch.”
For those who aren’t able to make it into the Sales Center anytime soon, don’t worry! We also have the experience loaded to our website so you can still get an inside glimpse of the beautiful spaces that Lakehouse offers. But, full disclaimer – it’s way better with the goggles on.
Now, if all that isn’t exciting you – the VR experience is just a taste of technology homeowners will have to look forward to at Lakehouse. From smart home features to automated locker systems, these are just a few features residents will have access to when they move in this fall:
- Keyless Entry into Homes: Long gone are the days of standing outside your front door and fumbling around in your purse or pocket for your keys. At Lakehouse, each home will be equipped for keyless entry through a Schlage Control™ Smart Lock. These locks are not just convenient, they also keep a log of which keys opened the door for added security.
- Parcel Pending Locker System: As more and more people are using the internet to handle their grocery and retail shopping, packages are showing up on doorsteps left and right. With the Parcel Pending Locker System at Lakehouse, residents will be able to rest easy knowing their items are safely secured in an air-controlled and convenient space that’s only accessible by them. With 79 lockers available – 16 of which will be refrigerated – there will be plenty of space for daily deliveries.
- Nest Programmable Thermostat: Urban buyers are all about convenience, so being able to adjust the temperature from your cell phone is a must. With the Nest Programmable Thermostat in each home, Lakehouse residents will also be able to change the heating and cooling settings and see their energy history through the Nest app on any smart device.
- Automated Roller Shades: At the click of a button, Penthouse residents will be able to adjust their in-residence automated roller shades to allow for natural light and privacy complete with quiet motors and battery and plug-in options. While the non-Penthouse residences will not be equipped with battery powered roller shades, the feature will be available for purchase.
