Real estate awards season is upon us and Lakehouse has been awarded again for its architectural design and planning excellence at PCBC’s 2021 Gold Nugget Awards. Earning the Award of Merit in the category of Best Health & Wellness Design Solution, the Lakehouse team is proud to be recognized for the project’s wellness-minded innovation.
Now in its 58th year, PCBC’s annual Gold Nugget Awards is the largest and most prestigious competition of its kind in the country — honoring those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing. Two panels of top industry experts review over 600 entries to select developers leading the most exciting trends in design, planning and building. Award of Merit Winners are also finalists for the prestigious Grand Award, which will be announced June 16th at their virtual awards presentation.
