With a 70-foot lap pool anchoring the open-air space, residents can cool down after a morning jog or warm up in the oversized hot tub on a crisp fall day. In the evening, neighbors can gather with friends while enjoying the comfort of the firepit overlooking the lake. Extensive landscaping also creates a warm and inviting place to spend time or meditate, while supporting biophilia – the human connection to nature.
Resident Lounge. Shown above, the Resident Lounge is the perfect blend of chic interiors and comfortable living. With floor-to-ceiling windows offering an abundance of natural light and expansive views, the timeless finishes compliment the serene natural setting of Sloan’s Lake Park. Complete with a chef-inspired community kitchen, indoor/outdoor fireplace, high-definition television and ample lounge seating, the Resident Lounge is the perfect setting to reconnect with neighbors after a long day.
Urban Farm, Harvest Room and Fresh Juicing Station. Eating a balanced diet is essential to maintaining our health. That’s why Lakehouse will offer an Urban Farm to grow fresh and organic vegetables and herbs. Agriburbia will provide professional farming support, as well as help to procure additional goods from outside local sources in order to supplement the dietary needs of the residents. The adjacent Harvest Room will offer a dedicated space for neighbors to gather, wash and prepare the produce grown onsite, as well as house additional food. With an indoor/outdoor kitchen, residents can grill their fresh finds and enjoy their meal in the communal dining room for a true farm-to-table experience. For those heading out in the morning, there is also an industrial-grade juicing station, offering an easy way to enjoy fresh produce on-the-go.
Wellness Center with Fitness Lab, Yoga & Meditation Studio and Dry Sauna. Expertly programmed with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a spa-like dry sauna, the 7,000 square-foot Wellness Center provides residents with an onsite fitness option that can be enjoyed year-round. Complete with the perfect space to stretch and regroup, the Wellness Center also features a yoga and meditation studio featuring a stimulated starry night sky and expansive views overlooking Sloan’s Lake.
Pet-Friendly Environment with Pet Spa. Pets have been proven to improve our happiness and longevity. Lakehouse offers a pet-friendly environment and direct access to Denver’s second largest park on Sloan’s Lake. The grassy lakefront setting is an ideal place for your dog to enjoy a walk and the onsite pet spa makes post-play bathing a breeze.
Sports Workshop and Secured Bike Storage. Need to replace a bike chain or tune up those skis? The Sports Workshop provides basic tools and a convenient place to make those quick repairs yourself. Lakehouse also offers plenty of secured bike storage to keep your favorite mode of transportation safe.
Creative Workshop. From painting to crafts, the Creative Workshop offers a dedicated space for residents to pursue their artistic talents.

24/7 Attended Lobby with Mail Room and Automated Package Delivery System. You’ll know you have arrived at Lakehouse when you step foot into the lobby with dramatic 24-foot ceilings, comfortable seating and beautiful art displayed throughout. Upon arrival, residents and their guests will be greeted by a 24/7 attendant before they check for any new mail or packages in the mail room. The automated package delivery system will keep your packages safe and even refrigerated if need be. If you’re looking to get a few extra steps in for the day, avoid the elevators and take the active staircase straight up to the Wellness Center.
Guest Suite. Give your guests a taste of the Lakehouse lifestyle with a stay in our well-appointed Guest Suite. The space can be reserved by residents as a comfortable and convenient place for short-term guests to stay.
Assigned Parking, EV Stations and Storage. Lakehouse offers more than 300 assigned parking spaces for our residents that are assigned in perpetuity. Spaces are included in the purchase prices at a rate of approximately one space per bedroom for the one- and two-bedroom residences. The residential portion of our garage is secured by a high-speed rolling door and also features 18 electric vehicle charging stations for purchase.
