Who said mac & cheese was only for kids? On November 2, local chefs will cook up their most creative, gourmet mac & cheese dishes during the Denver Mac & Cheese Festival. Throughout the event, guests will also enjoy unlimited beer sampling from local breweries while they cast their vote for their favorite pasta dish. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Minds Matter of Denver, a local non-profit that helps make college dreams a reality for high-achieving students from low-income households.
