So, what does that mean?
The WELL Building Standard is one of the first real estate certification programs to integrate human health and wellness into the design, construction, maintenance and operations of a building in order to optimize the health of its residents. Fresh air helps to improve respiratory and cardiovascular function, two critical components to our health.
